Mixterial was conceptualised following the successful design and production of 3D printable composites at the University of Bristol, the UK's leading institution for chemical research. Our team of experts have years of experience in the field of advanced materials, electrochemistry, and 3D-printing.

Samuel Deeks

CEO & co-founder

Samuel completed his PhD at the University of Bristol. His  research focused on designing and creating 3D printable, conductive and chemically resistant composites.

Scientific Advisor & co-founder

Charl is a Professor of Material Chemistry at the University of Bristol, with more than 20 years of experience in functional materials.

Alastair is an Associate Professor of Chemistry at the University of Bristol. He is an expert in the field of organic  electrochemistry.
